Camp Misty Meadows
Camp Misty Meadows is the Council’s horseback riding facilities and includes a barn complex, riding arenas, and a herd of 40 horses waiting to be loved, hugged, and groomed by campers. Misty Meadows is a 328-acre wooded camp environment located in Conroe, Texas.
In addition to the four-legged attractions, the camp offers a pool, archery range, basketball courts, and a field for softball. Traditional camp activities such as making crafts, going on hikes, cooking outdoors, playing games, and making friends are all part of the fun.
Cabins and dormitories are home to girls staying at Camp Misty Meadows. Resident campers enjoy most meals in the air-conditioned comfort of the Wortham Lodge. The lodge also features a stage, craft/activity rooms, and a large covered back porch.
